Data Coaching for Executives

Our individual coaching programmes are carefully curated to give you a holistic view of data, interpreting information with confidence and forming strong collaborative relationships with your data colleagues.  By the end of your coaching, you will feel much more confident about requesting and using data, and about how you will use data to help you work efficiently and make good data-led decisions (understanding where data-led decision making is appropriate, of course).  

Our ten coaching sessions of one hour will take you through some directed coaching on data themes of:

• Interpreting data

• Defining data

• Infrastructure

• Information Governance

• You as a stakeholder

The last four sessions are led by you, you may revisit some previous themes, look forward to regulatory reporting, or rehearse conversations relating to your data and performance.
