Data Coaching for Social Work Leaders

At KaMetrics we know that no-one becomes a social worker to look at graphs (or at least, they probably shouldn't).  Once in leadership roles where you are leading a team, service or perhaps you're the Director of Adult/Children's Services you find that data becomes equally important and baffling.  To date, there hasn't been much to help you overcome this so now KaMetrics is proud to launch a confidential coaching service to help you navigate your data.

Our ten coaching sessions of one hour will take you through some directed coaching on data themes of:

• Interpreting data

• Defining data

• Infrastructure

• Information Governance

• You as a stakeholder

This will leave you feeling much more confident about requesting and using data and about how you will use data to help you work efficiently and make good data-led decisions (only where data-led decision making is good, of course).  The last four sessions are led by you, you may revisit some previous themes, look forward to statutory reporting or inspections, or rehearse conversations relating to your data and performance.
