Modern Slavery Statement

Modern slavery is a serious and complex issue that affects millions of people around the world, and our company is committed to ensuring that our business operations and supply chain are free from any form of modern slavery.  In line with our values of Authenticity, Excellence and Impact, we are committed to treating all of our employees, customers, and suppliers with respect and dignity, and we expect the same from our partners and stakeholders.

KaMetrics ™  is a small organisation with a knowledge-based product, our work is conducted in-house and therefore we have a high level of control over our delivered product.  We anticipate the risk of modern slavery within our organisation is negligible.

To ensure that we are free from modern slavery, we have taken the following steps:

We encourage employees and suppliers to raise any concerns or suspicions of modern slavery within our business or supply chain, and we will investigate and address these reports promptly.  If we have concerns we will work with the organisation to rectify the issues and remove the factors that encouraged modern slavery.  If unable to resolve the issues we are prepared to terminate the contract. We will feed back to the person raising a concern.

We do not wish to be associated with or conduct work on behalf of organisations using modern slavery.  Therefore:

We would like to offer work opportunities to people seeking development, including student work experience or paid or unpaid internships.  In order to protect ourselves and our students/interns we will offer opportunities through schemes run by organisations supporting career or education development.
