Data Confidence Group Coaching

If you're a mid-career individual starting to need to understand data and management information to increase your capabilities and performance, our group coaching will be of interest to you.

You will participate in a series of six carefully structured sessions proven to help you become a confident stakeholder of data, able to use your data to understand your work and to respond to changes or challenges.  You will explore topics and discover opportunities by discussing the topics in small groups of people who like you, want to know more.

During the sessions you will discover:

• Understanding the story the data is telling you.

• What the data is not telling you.

• Types of reporting - why different reports exist and who reads them.

• Infrastructure and Governance - what's going on behind the scenes.

• Reflection on how you will move forward using your data.

The sessions are currently offered at an introductory rate of £147.00 (usual price £300).  This includes the sessions themselves plus access to recordings and summaries of each session delivered by email.
